Art & Dave's Fun on the Fundy
The day started out fine.
Calm seas and a sunny sky.

Still a stunning day

What's this?

Keep fishing, Dave, and don't look behind you...

Uh oh.

Dave is still smiling at this point.
(I guess ignorance is bliss ;-)

45 minutes later, an 7+ft., 300 lb - 350 lb male porbeagle shark

Hello.

A short video taken just after the chaos
The weather turned nasty some time after we caught this shark,
and it took us 4 1/2 hours to get back to port.
(It only took a little over
1 hour to get there.)
All credit to the incredible sea worthiness of our Boston Whaler.
It went from flat calm to 7ft seas in the span of 1 hour.
Scary.
Thanks for hanging in there, Dave. Another great fishing
tale to tell on NovaScotiaFishing.com!
